Nadeeka Wickramasinghe announced to release “Heethu” with the Sri Lankan Pop Music sensation, Yohani. The song will be releasing on YouTube and all platforms on October 11, 2024. Yohani is a South Asian pop singer, songwriter, and model from Sri Lanka. Yohani took the region by storm and rose to global stardom with her hit song ‘Manike Mage Hithe’ in 2021 and has since seen a meteoric ascension in her career trajectory touring global venues and signing with the world’s largest record label.
Nadeeka is an Artist/Graphic Designer that’s currently residing in USA. He has a huge passion for music and is super thrilled to release “Heethu”. He won First Place competing in Thurunu Shakthi in 2003, Colombo District. He has worked with a lot of musicians and has performed in Sihinayaki Ra, Chat & Music, and other musical shows.
“Heethu” emerges as a pop/rap song that’s been in making for the last 3 years. The voice recordings and visuals for this song was done in Sri Lanka and in USA. This song has been touched by so many talented musicians. The music was produced by Chamath Sangeeth, who produced music in “Manike Mage Hithe.” Lyrics were written by Dulan ARX, who also wrote “Manike Mage Hithe” and Achala Solomons, who wrote the main hit song from teledrama “Kumbio.”
